Please note that by regulation (Royal Decree 933/2021), which came into effect on December 2, 2024, all guests must register online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure is for safety reasons and applies to all tourist apartments in Menorca.

The tourist tax is not included in the total amount (€2.20 per person per day).

Please note that to keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week. Visits are brief, discreet, and outdoors only. This maintenance is essential for ensuring you fully enjoy the villa. Typically: pool maintenance on Tuesday mornings; garden maintenance on Thursday mornings. We always provide at least 24-hour notice anticipated.

Reservations made by individuals under 25 years old are not accepted when the group consists exclusively of individuals under that age.

The furniture, decoration or some elements of the property may have been renovated or updated over time, so there may be small differences from the published photographs.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
