Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by an approved provider, which processes the card securely. Isulla never collects or stores any card data.
How are prices shown?
Prices are shown in real time, taxes included and with no hidden fees. You compare available hotels for your dates in one place, and the price shown is the price you pay.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price shown at booking is the price you pay. Any local tourist tax payable on site is stated where applicable.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
It depends on the rate chosen and the hotel's policy (refundable or non-refundable). The terms are shown before confirmation and repeated on your confirmation.
When will I get my confirmation?
Once online booking opens, your confirmation and the voucher to show at the hotel will be emailed to you immediately after payment.
Which hotels does Isulla offer?

Do I need an account to book?
No, booking is done as a guest. You simply provide the traveller's details when booking.
Is Isulla a hotelier?
No. Isulla is an intermediary connecting travellers with hotels. The accommodation contract is concluded with the property.
